The whole truth about truth is that truth is a whole experience. Our whole self is aligned. There is an immediate sense of 'yes'. There is no doubt, no trying to figure it out. Anything short of fullness is not the full truth. It's a partial truth. And the truth is that we each have within us, by unique design an intrinsic intelligence orienting us toward the truth. An empowering resource that mobilizes our fullest potential. And from this what I have discovered throughout my years of teaching and practice is that "The whole truth about truth is that truth is whole!" Neither the intellect by itself, the emotions on their own, nor instinct alone can represent the full truth. So where we get into trouble is when we rely on any one of these systems of intelligence separately and confuse a partial truth as the whole truth, and in so doing loose our connection with the integral wholeness that's needed in order to really feel supported. When we don't feel whole we don't trust and if we don't trust we are fearful and doubt ourselves and others. So our thoughts, our emotions, and our instinct need to join together uniting the head, the heart and the belly, which are the intellectual, emotional and instinctual centers of the body. And when all three centers are aligned the full presence of your being is ignited! And so what's true is not driven by mental doings and shoulds, emotional neediness and enmeshment or instinctual desires or fears; but rather is founded in the innate wisdom that's authentically you!
